Banners Administration
In HarmonySite, a "banner" is a photo in the slideshow on your Home page. We received suggestions for two new features for managing your banners...
Both of those annoyances have now been addressed...
There's a new link on your Admin Dashboard, called "Banners (home page)". This link is in the CENTRE column of links - not to be confused with the link of the same name in the RIGHT-hand column. Click that link and you'll see a new page for managing your banners, where you can do the following...
Clicking on the "Adjust Quote Box" link takes you to a page like the following...
REPOSITIONING the quote box is done either by (a) entering numbers into the "top" and "left" boxes at the bottom of the page, or (b) double-clicking with your mouse on the banner photo where the top-left corner of the quote box should be.
RESIZING the quote box is done either by (a) entering numbers into the "width" and "height" boxes at the bottom of the page, or (b) dragging with your mouse the "resize handle" - a small triangular ridged area in the bottom-right corner of the quote box, almost impossible to see. If you click and hold down your mouse about a millimetre in from the bottom-right corner of the quote box, and start moving your mouse, you should see the quote box move with the mouse.
Don't forget to save your changes when you're done, by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

Scheduled Tasks Page (Premium feature)
As advised in an earlier announcement email, HarmonySite now has the ability to automate some tasks, to happen unattended at certain times of the day/month/etc.
Examples of such tasks may include...
This feature is now more visible in your HarmonySite. There's now a page on your Admin Dashboard called "Scheduled Tasks", which lists all the tasks currently available to be scheduled in your HarmonySite. The page also describes how this is a "premium" feature, and thus costs money to enable ($40 per year).
Note that if you pay to enable this system, you would not be limited to the tasks listed above. You can also request whatever scheduled tasks you want, and they will be developed for you (if possible).
We have several suggestions in our Feature-Suggestion list for automating tasks, such as sending emails, reminders, etc. These are now all considered complete, as they are now available via this new feature.
Search by Order/Invoice number
The "Orders/Invoices/Bookings/Donations" page (accessible from your Admin Dashboard) has several criteria at the top of the page for finding subsets of the orders/invoices/etc. This set of criteria now includes the order/invoice/etc NUMBER (e.g. 17123), as shown in the screenshot below...
That's all for now, but as you can see, we are actively working through the list of requested new features.
